Sorry I’ve been so mia this weekend. My boyfriend was down and I really wanted to enjoy my time with him. With me starting a new job, I don’t know how often we will get to see each other due to the distance. I didn’t really track or count anything either because I just wanted to have a good time. I weighed in this morning with a 3lb gain because of it. I guess I’m not really too upset. I knew what I was doing and I don’t think there was a time where I was not in control of my eating. I didn’t eat horrendous portions, I just ate things that were higher in calories. So I am proud of myself in that aspect.
Now that the weekend is over its time to get back on track. I’m really thinking of trying weight watchers again for this week. I like how the fitbit syncs with it and I’m still paid up until October, so why not. A little change might help get things going faster too. Hope everyone else had a great weekend!
